The CADEX 36 Disc tubeless wheelset is a versatile, lightweight carbon wheelset built for high-end performance. Featuring a hookless rim design with an optimal 22.4mm internal width and 36mm depth, it offers unbeatable acceleration and excellent climbing efficiency, as well as confident handling on descents, in windy conditions, and on varied terrain.

Reduced weight and new R1-C30 hub

Featuring a new, more precise layup, the new Cadex 36 Disc carbon wheelset places carbon fiber only where needed, creating a strong and stiff rim structure that weighs just 1302 grams.

Where the low-friction R1-C30 hub significantly reduces bearing load as CADEX ceramic bearings further increase efficiency by offering lower rolling resistance and 1.5 times smoother action than steel.

Cadex Hookless Technology

The CADEX 36's hookless rim technology features a wide internal rim width and durable carbon fiber construction for superior control and handling, plus added sidewall support when cornering, all without compromising weight.

• Processing time: Orders are prepared and handed over to the courier within 24–72 business hours (1–3 days) of receiving payment.
• Delivery time (transit): Usually 1–3 business days, depending on the destination (islands and remote areas may take slightly longer).
• Shipping costs:Free for orders of €90.00 or more €4.90 flat rate for orders under €90.00

Preparation, Quality Control and Special Packaging

• Workshop inspection and assembly: Each bicycle undergoes a thorough preliminary inspection by our qualified mechanics (safety checks, gear adjustment, brakes and components). Setup and testing take approximately 1–2 business days before shipping.
• Custom packaging and integrated cockpits: For models featuring integrated handlebars or specific technical configurations, we use custom boxes and protective materials. This helps protect the internal cable routing and handlebar alignment, minimizing the assembly required from the customer once the bike arrives.
• Continuous improvement: We refine our packaging techniques and materials year after year, drawing on our hands-on experience to ensure every bicycle is shipped and delivered in the best possible condition.
• Standard shipping: In other cases, the bike is shipped in the manufacturer’s original box, always after a general inspection and reinforcement of critical areas.
• Custom modifications: Would you like components, wheels or accessories changed before shipping? Custom modifications are always available: timelines and any additional costs will be agreed with us in advance.
